We appreciate that our clients here for scheduled appointments understand the nature of emergencies and know that they will receive our full attention once critical emergencies that may show up are stable. When a veterinary emergency occurs after normal clinic hours or on week-ends, it's important to know where to get help. We are happy to see emergencies after hours as often as we are available. To reach a Doctor after hours, dial the regular clinic phone number (210) 698-0400. When prompted, press 1 and you will be transferred directly to Dr. Huehn's cell phone. You will be asked to leave you name, phone number & the nature of your emergency. If your call is not returned with in 5 minutes, you need to call the I - 10 Pet Emergency Clinic at (210) 691-0900. |
